 | Chimonobambusa marmoreaMarbled bamboo Semi-dwarf species with a tufted, feathery appearance. The canes are supple, the colouring light tan-green to deep red-maroon. The leaves are bright green and close together, almost bushy. It grows rapidly in good growing conditions. In autumn, culms turn red and a marbled sheath covers the new shoots.It can be used as a clump, hedge, or in a container. The new shoots are marbled with cream and purple. It will normally grow to just under 6ft with a spread of 5-10ft.
