	Borinda frigida KR4206 A delicate bamboo with small feathery leaves on slender culms. The culms emerges with a beautiful covering of blue-white powdery bloom and matures to yellowish-green. The plant has a graceful arching habit and is a superb introduction, worthy of any garden. It is also supremely hardy but deciduous in winter; the new flush of spring leaves emerge rapidly in a brilliant display of vigour.
