Easy ways to order from Jungle Giants:
- Secure Online - You can simply browse our bamboo, use our search facility or the quick search box in the top right-hand corner if you know the name of the bamboo. Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection simply proceed to checkout and follow the instructions. There is no minimum order value.
- By phone - Call our sales hotline on 01584 856 200. Lines are open Weekdays 9.00am to 5pm. Weekends 10.00am to 2pm.

- Nursery visits - You are welcome to browse our bamboo in person at Jungle Giants nursery. Please telephone 01584 856 200 before setting off to make sure one of our specialist advisers will be here to help. We are open 7 days a week by appointment.
Shipping Details:
Normally your bamboo will be sent by overnight carrier within 8 days of order to arrive safely and without stress. If you need a plant in a hurry please call us and we will do our best to help you. Deliveries take place between 9am-6pm Tuesday to Friday. There is a surcharge for a timed delivery, and a Saturday delivery. Please contact us for a quote.
Our packing staff will pack your plants as carefully as possible. Planting information is sent with every order.
If you are unable to sign for delivery please give us authorisation to leave the plants around the back of the house, by the garage etc. Complete the box which asks for special delivery instructions.
We normally use an overnight courier service to deliver your plants and the charge, minimum £12.76, is based on the total weight of the order. The secure check out system will calculate the exact charge. The largest specimen plants cannot be ordered online because we are unable to send them by mail order. Please phone for a personalised delivery price.
Please note that online shipping charges are to the UK mainland only. There may be an additional charge for offshore islands. We also deliver to Europe and worldwide; we will calculate the additional shipping cost prior to confirming your order. Please email us or telephone. It may be possible to send bare-rooted plants to countries other than the UK but please phone to discuss on +44 (0)1584 856 200.
Substitute plants are not sent without prior discussion with you the customer.
We endeavour to maintain an up-to-date availability list. Our stock is constantly changing so please check on availability if you intend to visit us.
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds - If you decide to return your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return it to us unused with the original packaging and labels for a replacement or refund. All refunds will be given within 10 days of cancellation, taking into account the original method of payment.
Guarantees - In the event that your purchase is not suitable, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return to us unused with the original packaging and labels for a replacement or refund.
Receipts and Invoices - You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order when it is submitted stating the total amount including VAT charges. You will receive a receipt of purchase with the goods when they are delivered. Any mistakes in billing or receipts will be corrected as soon as possible.
Tax Charges - For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included.
Customer Services and Complaints - Our Customer Service phone number is open 7 days a week from 9am - 5pm 01584 856 200. Complaints will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and quickly. We will acknowledge the complaint within 5 days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. We will keep you informed of what action we are taking.
Security - Your order details are held only temporarily on our web site - they are held in encrypted format and transferred to our Mail Order Department for decryption. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Consumer Law - We meet our obligations under the consumer protection laws currently in force including:
