Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop and
click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection simply proceed to checkout and follow
the instructions. There is no minimum order value and the basic delivery
cost is £12.50. The checkout system will calculate the exact charge
for you. Large specimen plants cannot be ordered online because we unable to
send them by mail order. Please phone for a personalised delivery price.
Please note that we only deliver to the UK. We do not deliver to mainland Europe or the USA. It may be possible to send bare-rooted plants to countries other than the UK but please phone to discuss. +44 (0)1584 856 200.
If you are unable to sign for delivery please give us authorisation to
leave the plants around the back of the house, by the garage etc. Complete the box which
asks for special delivery instructions.
Our trained packing staff will pack the plants as carefully as possible.
Planting information is sent with every order.
Orders are normally dispatched as soon as possible but certainly within
8 days. If you need a plant in a hurry please call us and we will do our
best to help you. We use an overnight courier service to deliver your plants
and the charge is based on the total weight of the order. The secure check
out system will calculate the exact charge. Deliveries take place between
9am-6pm Monday to Friday. There is a surcharge for a timed delivery, and
a Saturday delivery. Please contact us for a quote.
Subtitute plants are not sent without prior discussion with you the customer.
We endeavour to maintain an up-to-date availability list. Our stock is
constantly changing so please check on availability if you intend to visit
us. We welcome personal callers but only by appointment.
Our carriage rates are based on deliveries to most of the UK mainland.
If the delivery address is outside this area we will contact you before
processing your order.
