MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and
click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you
will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron,
Solo and Maestro/Switch. If you prefer you can phone your details to us
on 01584 856 200. Please note that we do not deliver outside the UK. See Ordering Information for more details.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Goods will be delivered within 10 days. If we are unable to deliver the
goods within 10 days a longer date will be agreed immediately. If the longer
date is unacceptable a refund will be offered.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you decide to return your purchase, please notify us within 7 days
of receipt and return it to us unused with the original packaging and labels
for a replacement or refund. All refunds will be given within 10 days of
cancellation, taking into account the original method of payment.
GUARANTEES
In the event that your purchase is not suitable, please notify us within
7 days of receipt and return to us unused with the original packaging and
labels for a replacement or refund.
RECEIPTS AND INVOICES
You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order when it is submitted
stating the total amount including VAT charges. You will receive a receipt
of purchase with the goods when they are delivered. Any mistakes in billing
or receipts will be corrected as soon as possible.
TAX CHARGES
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and speedily. We
will acknowledge the complaint within 5 days and provide a likely timescale
for resolving the dispute. We will keep you informed of what action we are
taking.
SECURITY
Your order details are held only temporarily on our web site - they are
held in encrypted format and transferred to our Mail Order Department for
decryption.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order
is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach
our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
